DIY CBD Infused Kitchen Staples

If you’re looking for a quick way to take your daily CBD, below are a few solutions to infuse some of your favorite everyday kitchen staples.

Using honey to replace other forms of sugar in recipes can be a great alternative to improve your daily wellness practice and reduce your overall sugar intake. Below is an easy way to add CBD infused honey to your tea, toast, smoothie, or even in baked goods recipes. Just be sure not to heat it over 300 degrees Fahrenheit so it doesn't lose it’s beneficial properties. You can bake a recipe at a lower temperature for a longer amount of time, similar to what you’d do in altitude here in Colorado, where bake times tend to take longer than at lower altitudes.

First measure out one cup of honey and place it in a saucepan on the stove top on low heat. As soon as the consistency is smooth, remove the honey from the heat and mix in the CBD oil. Place the honey in a small glass mason jar or container and let cool before sealing. (Be sure not to use a plastic container as CBD adheres to plastic instead of the food you want to keep it in!)

1 cup honey
7 1/2 droppers millie Tropical Orange CBD Herbal Supplement 1000 MG (10 MG per serving)

One cup of honey equals 48, 1 teaspoon servings. Use 1 tsp of honey at a time for tea and warms drinks, to your preferred level of sweetness.

*millieTip: our 1000mg Tropical Orange CBD Herbal Supplement bottle is a better value, as you need to use less of a dropper amount per serving than the lower mg bottle!

Chop the basil and mint leaves and set aside. Next add all of the remaining ingredients and place in a glass salad container or mason jar. Screw on the lid tightly and give it a good shake until mixed well. It will be best stored in the fridge and used within the week. Add it to your favorite mix of greens and veggies!

½ tsp salt
¼ c vinegar
1 tbsp honey
¼ tsp pepper
2 tsp mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ c olive or avocado oil
1 small bunch mint leaves
1 small bunch basil leaves
1 1/4 droppers millie Cool Mint CBD Tincture 1000 MG (10 MG per serving)

The recipe makes 4, 2 oz servings.

First add water to a saucepan on the stove top and heat on medium heat. Once the water is heated, place the container of butter in the water to soften (keep lid sealed). Let sit for a few minutes. Remove the container from the water and transfer the butter to a glass jar or container. Remove the CBD oil from each of the capsules and mix it into the butter. (Be sure not to use a plastic container as CBD adheres to plastic instead of the food you want to keep it in!)

15 oz container butter (Smart Balance is a good dairy-free option, or you can use real butter)
6 capsules CBD Herbal Supplement 30 Count Original (5 MG per serving)

One container of butter equals 30, 1 tablespoon servings.
